PhD, Mphil, and Masters Program in JGSEE, Bangkok-Thailand

The Joint Graduate School of Energy and Environment (JGSEE) is an education and research consortium involving five leading institutions in Thailand, KMUTT, KMITNB, PSU, CMU and SIIT-TU as collaborating partners. We have a number of highly qualified academic staff and offer the graduate programs leading to the degrees of MSc/MEng, MPhil, and PhD in the fields of energy and environmental technologies, energy and environmental technologies and management. All students are provided with research expenses. A member of full and partial scholarship is granted to highly qualified candidates.

Endeavour International Postgraduate Research Scholarship (EIPRS) -UNSW Australia

The EIPRS and UIPA scholarships facilitate research by providing international research students with tuition fees, medical cover and visa charges (except costs related to visa health checks) and a living allowance stipend in the range of Aus $10,000 to Aus $26,000. Each year assistance is available to approximately 40 students. Awards are made on the basis of academic excellence, research potential, referees reports, publications and previous research experience.

Applying for Admission to the Ph.D.

ProgramAdmission to the Ph.D. program is competitive. Each year we receive many strong applications from around the world. Applicants are admitted based on their research interests and experience, potential for success in the program, and compatibility with current needs of the Faculty.The official language of the Ph.D. program is English. Students must be able to demonstrate fluency in English prior to admission.In order to be admitted, the applicant must have completed a Masters degree in computer science, informatics, or a closely related field prior to joining the program (but not necessarily prior to applying to the program).Applications for admission to the Ph.D. program are reviewed three times per year. Financial AssistanceMost students in the Ph.D. program are supported as assistants. The support covers tuition and provides a stipend. Responsibilities of assistants include both teaching and research duties. Generally students receive support as long as funds are available and the student is making adequate progress through the program (as described in the regulations).
